Base fee:

  • Full (Thursday-Saturday) conference registration for full- or part-time students at any school, college, or university. Does not include EEASC membership.
  • Friday Only Registration includes Friday concurrent and plenary sessions, lunch, keynote address, exhibit hall, networking session, and awards dinner. Does not include EEASC membership.
  • Full (Thursday-Saturday) conference registration at a 50% discount for Air Avenger Sponsors. Does not include EEASC membership or optional add-ons.

Field Trips (Saturday, June 22, 2024):

  • Option A: Hatcher Garden, 10am-Noon. 820 John B. White Sr. Blvd., Spartanburg, SC 29306. Hatcher Garden's Plan Sales Nursery will have trees, shrubs, and perennials available for sale. All plant sales provide funding for the Garden.
  • Option B: Roper Mountain Science Center Summer Adventure Tour, 9am-11am. 402 Roper Mountain Rd., Greenville, SC 29615.. Tour with a Roper Mountain Staff guide to enjoy the displays and programs offered during Summer Adventure and learn about our school programs. Explore the Environmental Science and Sustainability Center featuring our Water Story and Nature Exchange. Encounter animals in our Marine, Ecology and Rainforest Labs. Discover our Living History Farm and outdoor gardens.  Meet at the front desk of the Environmental Science Building where Summer Adventure starts! For all educators, informal and formal.
  • Option C: Community Service Project - Litter Sweep. Details TBA.
